Rookies 1st and 2nd Graders
A program designed for Boys in 1st and 2nd grades and the continuing development of Baseball fundamental skills. Listed below is an overview of the skills coaches will be expected to teach and athletes should be able to perform the targeted skill for their appropriate grade level at the conclusion of the season. To achieve this goal, every team practice must be structured to continue building on what the athletes were introduced to in T-Ball and will need to be able to compete at the Baseball level.

All skill levels welcome.
First year 1st graders requiring the development of the basic fundamentals are encouraged to register for T-Ball.
Uniforms: All assigned athletes will receive team shirt, socks and hat.
Recommendation: It is recommended that registrants wear soccer cleats.
No toe cleats allowed.
Season: April 3rd through Mid June
School Closures
No School = Does Not Affect Practice / Game Schedule.
Practice: TBA.
- 2 evenings a week for 1-1/2 hours.
- Begin at 5:30 or 6.
- Depending on the number of teams and coach practice requirements, it may be necessary to assign two teams to share an infield and open green space.
- In the event there are an odd number of teams, teams with a BYE game will have the option to practice.
Games: TBA
- Played on 2 weeknights.
- Score Kept / Not Reported to League.
- Strikes / Runs Only.
